ELMI is attached to the DESPEG Doctoral School of the Université Côte d'Azur. Our doctoral students are members of a EUR research laboratory (GREDEG laboratory, UMR 7321 of the CNRS and Université Côte d'Azur or INSTAR team of SKEMA Business School).

ELMI also offers two international doctoral programs in the fields of Economics, Management and Finance :
International doctoral program in Economics at Université Côte d'Azur

The international doctoral program in Economics at Université Côte d'Azur offers high-level training in traditional economic subjects (microeconomics, macroeconomics, econometrics, financial market analysis, industrial organization) as well as complementary training in subjects related to the analysis of complexity such as computational economics, experimental economics, economic and financial network analysis, and dynamic systems analysis.

This doctoral program is operated in close collaboration with the Ecole Supérieure Sant’Anna of Pisa (Italy) and OFCE-Sciences Po. The recruited students follow a year of intensive courses in Pisa as well as an additional semester at Université Côte d'Azur. They also participate regularly in scientific events and research activities organized by their host institutions.

Courses are taught in English by professors from Université Côte d'Azur, the Sant'Anna College, the IUSS Pavia and the OFCE-Sciences Po. External researchers are regularly invited to to teach in their areas of expertise.
